FILTEC would like to thank everyone who visited us at the recent PACK EXPO 2023 event in Las Vegas. With over 40,000 attendees, this event was a huge success and showcased the latest innovations and advancements in packaging equipment, materials, and containers from exhibitors around the world. We were thrilled to be a part of it and enjoyed the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and showcase our latest machine vision solutions.
We demonstrated four of our industry-leading machine vision solutions at the event: Vision Label, Case Inspection, Remote Vision Inspection, and Empty Can Inspection.
Our Vision Label solution is designed to provide 360-degree label inspection for containers, while our powerful Filler Management solution ensures optimal filling levels and minimizes waste.
Our Case Inspection solution offers comprehensive inspection of filled cases to detect High Flap/High Bottle Detection, Gross Underfill, Unslit Flap Detection, and so much more.
Our Remote Vision Inspection Modules can solve many of your inspection challenges in a compact and economical package. RVI Modules utilize modern Vision technology for a number of inspection applications, including date and lot code inspection, barcode traceability, label presence, and more.
Our Empty Can Inspection solution is a highly configurable system that uses Vision technology to detect defects in empty cans on lines running up to 2,400 cans per minute (CPM). It uses a dual circular top lighting station that illuminates the inspection area for inspection of empty cans’ flange, surface, and bottom.
At the event, our team had some wonderful conversations with various industry professionals about their needs for automation and precision. We are always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our offerings, so these conversations were incredibly valuable and insightful.
We also demonstrated our powerful INTELLECT container inspection platform at the booth.
